This is Chris’ 4th lecture for the winter semester course “Introduction to Architectural Professional Practice” at the  Technical University of Crete, School of Architecture.

He is presenting the current Building Regulations and the Hellenic Codes that cover the standards for design, construction, alteration and ensure the building permit.
